KK Codders Seafood & Grille opened for business in June 2006 on Grand Avenue in Falmouth Heights, MA. In March 2007, we relocated to our current location @ 100 Davis Straits also in Falmouth, which was previously the Carolina Barbeque Barn and prior to that was Pizza Hut. We are located at the intersection of Rt. 28 & Jones Rd across from CVS, next to Blockbuster. We are open daily from 11:30am to 9:00pm
When we opened our doors in 2006 our concept was very similar to that of a Seafood Sam’s and/or Cooke’s restaurant. A limited service type of restaurant with a menu that is 85% seafood centric served on paper plates. Upon our relocation to our current 69 seat restaurant, we went to full waiter/waitress service. During the summer season, fried, broiled and grilled seafood makes up about 75% of our menu, but we do offer steak tips, sirloin steak, grilled chicken and have a year round children’s menu consisting of Hamburger, Macaroni cheese, chicken tenders….. Since the summer season recently ended, we have added additional meat items, a 12oz Choice cut Rib-Eye steak, Prime Rib dinner on Friday & Saturday evening, Baby back ribs, pulled pork sandwich, and a Beef Brisket dinner, all of which are served on glass china. Each dinner entrée is available with two sides, which can be anything from French Fries, Mashed potato, sweet potato french fries, cole slaw, onion rings, mixed vegatables or mashed sweet potato. In the next 30 days, we will be adding low cost early bird specials and kids eat free nights on Tuesday & Wednesdays.
Our entire menu is available all day, but we also have low cost daily luncheon items that are served with either French Fries or cole slaw. Hamburgers and chicken sandwiches from $6.00 and seafood items such as Fish N’ Chips for $7.00.
Beer & Wine is also available. We offer 35 different types of bottled beer and two tap beers that vary based on the season.
Our slogan is “Casual and affordable Dining” We offer the finest seafood and meats at a very affordable price. Our seafood is all fresh, not fresh frozen(exception is Shrimp and Calamari which come in frozen) Our steaks are either Angus or choice cut meats. Every entrée is made to order. We do not have any holding ovens on the premise, which allow an establishment to serve food cooked in advance.
Being the owner of a three old restaurant, I work everyday all day, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter, when we are closed. I am involved with every aspect of this business from cooking, serving to the back office issues, such as sales marketing, payroll……. Most importantly, my customers are happy to see me each and every time they come in. If they have any concerns, requests or issues, I am always there for them.
